COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made from Russet, Ida Red and Northern Spy apples left to freeze on the tree. Aged in barrels made from Cherry, Hickory, Oak and Ash.

Bottle poured at CiderDays 2011 - Ice Cider Tasting. Monster charred barrel aroma. Charcoal and wood. One note. Flavors develop quickly as singular oxidation and wood. There’s almost no apple presence. Just a dry, parching, woody flavor. Completely unbalanced. Ugh. For an Ice Cider, this is a pretty rough whiskey.
