Jun 30, 2007 Bottle. Orange still body with no head. The aroma is quite nice - mixture of tart and sweet apples and some faint alcohol. Oily texture with warming alcohol and sweetness left in the finish.

Appearance :Golden cider , clear with some fine mash . High viscosity.
Aroma:Good, true fresh apple aroma, slight tart , green and red apple aromas. 6+
Flavour/Palate:- Quiet sweet, sugary character .True fruit character , more of a white , gold apple than red. Alcohol warm and following till finish
