Dec 21, 2007 341 ml bottle. pours very pale yellowish-green with hugh amount of fizzyness and no head. apple and white wine aromas. very crisp apple flavours complament a mouthfeel that is unbelievably drinkable. i could drink gallons of this stuff. a good cider.

Sep 23, 2007 Tap at BeerBistro. Saucy tangy acidity sets off the apple pie like warm sweetness. Not very malty or hoppy though.

Aug 15, 2007 341 mL bottle. 6.5%. White gold in colour. (I don’t really know how to rate this stuff.) Some wine-like characteristics to the aroma. Quite sweet. I didn’t really notice the alcohol. Highly carbonated. I’d like it a little fuller, darker, and more tart.

Aug 14, 2007 Bottle: Poured a pale light yellow color cider with some average carbonation. Aroma of light sweet apple is lighter then expected and somewhat boring. Taste is also lighter then expected with some discreet lightly sweet apple dominating. Somewhat reminiscent of a wine spritzer and something to be enjoyed under hot weather.

Jul 5, 2007 [345-20070618] Tap @ BeerBistro (Toronto, ON). Very faint fruit aroma. Clear, pale yellow white body with no bubbles and no head. Light apple flavour has some grape characteristics and a sweet background. Light body. Very unassuming, nice.
