An amber beer with a good head. The aroma is very slight - but it contains a slight fruit note. The falvor is very soft - with a good bitterness, that hits You at once but it also has a nice sweetness. A really good bitter.

A 1995 bottle! Not a promising appearance, a bit cloudy with bits of malt mud! Still manages to pour reasonably clear and with some carbonation! However it’s a bog standard brown malt beer! 2.3

Clear light brown beer. Well balanced. Nice malt and hop levels - not too watery. Light and crisp with a semi dry edge. Quite drinkable.

50cl bottle from Morrisons. Chestnut colour with thin beige head, dull malt/hop nose, bit fizzy in mouth with some malt on end. Dead and uninteresting

Can, 4.8%. Mild grassy hop aroma. Clear golden colour. Stable plasticky off-white head. The flavour has a bit of the same hop as the aroma, not so interesting, though.
