COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
White Beers are one of the oldest styles in the World. Brewed primarily in Belgium For Hundreds of years by Artisanal producers and large commercial brewers alike, White or Wit, beers are pale in color and hazy. They are spiced with coriander and curacao orange, and feature hints of lemon grass and citrus notes. A style brewed equally at home and in large cities such as Brugge or Brussels, as well as small towns along the Belgian Countryside.

Shaker pint draft at the brewpub. Pour is a dense, cloudy unfiltered yellow golden with a thick one inch white head. This looked like a smoothie, it was so thick. Aroma of citrus - lime and oranges, wheat, some dirty earthiness and a spicy yeastiness to the end. Taste is the wheat initially, followed by crisp orange citrus followed by the grassy, earthy, dirty spice notes. I picked up mostly coriander and hay in the taste, though neither was really how I would describe the nose. Palate was thick and chewy, yet also refreshing with the citrus. Overall this one was drinkable and good with food, though was a little dirty on the long finish.

Cloudy yellow pour with a thick white head. Faint aroma, mostly of cloves with hints of banana and some spices. The flavor is very unusual though. Very faint with only the slightest hint of any of the spices that are in the aroma. The flavor disappears quickly. Very strange

Pours a hazy yellow color with a small head. The aroma is orange with some general fruity notes and some mineral stuff. The flavor is nicely bitter with a somewhat soapy character, very fruity, with a wonderful expression of the coriander.

Poured very cloudy with thin head. Had the aroma of orange and yeast.. and also tasted the same with maybe a little bit of lemon and spice in there as well. This beer was fairly enjoyable, especially for a style that I’m not particularly fond of.

Very cloudy. Spices are quite evident, particularly the orange-not great. Too sweet. Kinda muddled. Base flavor is pretty good though.

Thanks for sharing a growler, General_Gao. The body was cloudy medium gold with a white colored head. The aroma was the typical oranges, corriander. I also got a note of glazed donuts. The taste was lots of orange peel with some bitterness. The body was light. Nice spicy finish. A pretty good wit, I am just not a fan of the style.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a hazy yellow golden color. Head was thin and white leaving only a bit of lace behind. Attractive aroma of orange, flower blossom, and yeasty bread dough. Dry on the tongue with some bitterness at the end. Orange, yeast, coriander, and cereal grain flavors. Solid wit.
