Pours a golden color with a good head and nice lacing on the glass.

The aroma is yeasty with a good bit of bread dough & wet grain. Some minerally character comes through with just a touch of lactic yougurty character.

The flavor is lightly tart & very doughy with some light lemon fruitiness. The beer is lightly sweet & simple... but tasty.

Refreshing.
