on tap-pours yellow/gold with a white head. Aroma is light malt-bready. Taste is light malt-bready, some hop bite.

Tap at the Iowa State Fair. The body was deep copper with a thin white head. The nose was light apples and toffee. Not much else to smell. The taste is grainy with some bread crust. There is also some walnut. A little heavy on the cheesy hops. Meh.

This batch must have been better than the one 2 years ago, I’m happy to report that! The beer pours an orange color with a medium head and good lace. The aroma is really quite faint, pretty near as close to neutral as I’ve smelled up front... as it warms it displays some light grainy and malty notes. The flavor is very malty and fruity with a good herbal hoppiness and a mild copper-like flavor. Refreshing.

This is definitely green. And off. Cidery. Sulphury. Green apples. Not particularly good at all.
