Courthouse Pub Crown Pilsener

Light straw color with a average white head. LIght dough and grass aromas. Pale malt sweetness followed by a touch of herbal hops in the flavor. A bit watery, but a decent pale lager/pils.

On draught at the brewpub in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden pale blonde brew with a fast dissolving white head that leaves behind a white ring and no lacing. Aroma of light bready malt with a touch of citrus and grassy hops. Taste is light bodied, slightly carbonated with a bread and slight grassy bitter flavor. Finish has a touch of alcohol in the flavor that gives is a slight metalic and mild bitter flavor in the aftertaste.
