Jun 12, 2007 On tap at the Courthouse Pub in downtown Manitowoc, WI. Pours a cloudy dark amber brown brew with a thick off white head that slowly dissolves to a fine film and good lacing. Aroma of light wheat malt, light molasses with citrus, and just a touch of yeast. Taste is lightly carbonated, medium bodied with a smooth sweet finish. Aftertaste is crisp, clean and sweet/dry; fairly short, but very refreshing.
