On draught at the brewpub in downtown Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that dissipates to a thin white ring and some spotty lacing. Aroma of golden grain malt, some flowery hops, a touch of honey and some apple. Taste is light to medium body, light carbonation with flavors of light caramel malt, a touch of apple, honey and even some citrus. Finish is semi-dry, crisp with a short bitterness, and a very faint toffee and caramel aftertaste. One of the darker golden lagers I have encountered.
