On draught at the Courthouse Pub in downtown Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden amber colored brew with a creamy off-white head that quickly dissipates to a thin ring and spotty lacing. Aroma of fruity golden grain malt, some citrus, floral hops and a touch of honey. Taste is light to medium bodied, metallic bitterness with flavors of grassy and medicinal hops and a hint of multi-grain malt. Finish is semi-dry and metallic with a tart apple and medicinal aftertaste. Detected English fuggles hop character throughout.
