Sampled on draught at the GTMW ’08. Pours a clear golden amber brew with an average off-white head that slowly dissipates to a fine film and off-white ring. Aroma of light caramel malt, citrus zest, some light toffee and a touch of spice. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonation with flavors of light caramel malt, grapefruit and citrus zest, with a dry tobacco character. Finish is semi-dry with an mild aftertaste of iced tea, tobacco, following a mild lingering bitterness.
