COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A strong pale ale, modeled after a brew created by Trappist monks. Rich gold color, satisfying hop aroma and taste - the complex flavor tends to hide the alcohol content of this sipping beer.

On Tap at Fox Cities Brewfest. Pour was medium to light hazy golden. Aroma was of banana, clove, and sweet bubblegum. Body was more full than usual and sweet with some bread characters, light pepper, and a little sourness. This was an ok brew, but not such a good tripel.
