Draft - Sweet caramel and pine. Clear copper with a rich beige head. Lots of pine and resin up front, with a hit of bitterness that finishes resinous and a bit grainy. Overal pretty poor, with a chalky resinous taste throughout.

On tap @Bamboulaís. Pours a deep reddish brown appearance with a foamy brown head. Burnt caramelized sugar, tangerine, toast in the nose. Fairly bitter. Moderately sweet. Kind of goopy mouth feel. A lot of lingering bitterness. OK I spose.

Covington Anonymous IPA has a medium, cream-colored head, a clear, bubbly, red-brown appearance, and lots of lacing rings left on the glass. The aroma is of sweet, somewhat syrupy, brown bread crust and some hop oil. Taste is of the same, with a pleasant and low-profile, floral hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is light and watery, and Covington Anonymous IPA finishes semi-dry, easy drinking, refreshing, and delicious. If you see it, buy it! RJT
