3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 FishManLA (337) - Abita Springs, USA - APR 3, 2010
Pours a light clear yellow with only a small fizzy head that dissipates almost immediately. Yeasty nose. Nice clean taste with sweet pale malts apparent but leaning to the hoppy side, especially as the taste transitions into the short finish of tangy-tart hops. A decent, clean, fresh tasting pilsner, but not a standout.

The pour is a headless yellow. The aroma is typical pilsner. The flavor is also typical pilsner. The finish is very watery and bland. Nothing to recommend here.

12oz bottle. Thin, hyper filtered yellow air color. Thin, oily head. Some doughy butter in the aroma. Has some peppery hop characteristics, quite mild. Doughy malt tones, but they come off a little macro and dirty. I was really unimpressed after the first few tastes, but it slowly grew on. It is light to medium bodied, and quite drinkable. Still quite boring, slightly amateurish, and in no way World Class.
