16 oz. bottle. Pours a medium, well retained white head, with slight lacing, over a hazy, yellow (SRM 3) body.....nose is ginger, light honey, cereal malts, sulfur hints, minimal herbal hops, balance to the adjuncts and malts......taste is light ginger, floral, honey with light sweetness, hints of sulfur, light herbal hop bitterness, balance to the adjuncts.....mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, carbonation adds light tingle, and slight acid. The slight sulfur tones were most likely from the yeast. The body was slightly hazy and became more so at the end of the pour indicating settling of the yeast. This flaw aside the underlying beer is light and refreshing if somewhat simple. BJCP 6/2/11/4/6

Bottle poured a milky yellow hue w/ huge fizzy long lasting white head w/ sticky lacing. Mild to moderate sweet yeast aromas. Initial flavor is light sweet w/ a light bitter finish. Tastes are ginger, dough, and straw. Light bodied, creamy mouthfeel, and lively carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Not a bad summer beer. Lots of honey and an aftertaste of ginger. Light yellow color with a thick head.

Aroma is ginger, malts and citrus/spices. The flavor is ginger, grainy malts, citrus/fruit and a mildly sweet finish. Donít care for ginger beer, otherwise it was decent.

Tastes like a golden ale that sucks with a hint of not good. No ginger. Medium carbonation, donít buy this.

Received in a trade from arminjewell. 12 oz. bottle. This beer is lightly hazy and is yellow golden. A small white ring. An aroma that I have found in beers that have cactus in them. It must be the ginger. Honey is also found. Ginger is tasted and it comes through as very soft fruit. Honey is less prominent. Floral notes are nice. A bit of grass and it might be lemon grass. Hops are very light and bring just a hint of bitterness and some fruit.

Sampled at the Artisans Craft Beer Festival 2012. It poured a brownish color with an off-white head. The aroma was of ginger snaps. The taste was mild with a decent amount of ginger as well. Something different, but a very good beer.

Pour is a hazy gold with a huge white head. Aroma is lemon juice and not much else makes it past the head. Flavor is plenty of ginger with a little honey sweetness to follow. Nothing mind blowing but a good refresher.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle is clear orange with thin to no white head, aroma brought notes of big ginger, clove, slight coriander notes, touch of biscuit and caramel, slight floral notes along with honey, some orange pulp notes. Taste is big ginger and big floral and fruity honey, drying into slight biscuit, to a hint of caramel, finishing fairly sweet.
