Cask at Duke William, Stourbridge. Gold, with lacing. Super smooth on the tongue and lips. Incredibly fruity, with just a nib of sticky brandy to finish. Really good.

Cask at the Duke William during the RateBeer Black Country Bus Bash. Pours clear yellow with a light, creamy white head. Nice citrus hop aroma with lemon and tangerine especially. Light sweet flavor with moderate dry dough, more lemon, more tangerines. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly sweet on the finish with decent sugary dough malts and lemon meringue. Good one.

Black country beer bash. Cask at the Duke William. Light golden colour with a persistent white head. Light citrus nose, bready malt. Nice clean grassy hop bitterness. Drinkable enough, but lack depth.

Black Country Beano. Cask at the Duke William. Almost clear gold beer. Little white head. Light and softish palate. Light dried fruits. Elderflower. Tangy orange. Dry finish. Not bad.

Cask at the Duke William, Stourbridge on the Rate Beer Black Country Bash - 06/07/13. Clear golden with a decent sized off white cap. Nose is toasty malts, light fruit, hint of yeast, orange notes. Taste comprises bread dough, summer fruits, bready malt, light sugars. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, bitter notes in the finish. Ok drinkable affair but doesn’t carry much depth of flavour for a 5.4% number. I wouldn’t look to revisit this one - as with all of the Craddocks offerings I sampled - just a bit too basic and this one scored highest!

Cask at the Duke William, Stourbridge. Poured a light amber with a round white head. The aroma is creamy malt, leading to a big malty, weak bitter flavour with a watery palate.

Cask at the Duke William, Stourbridge. Pours gold with a small head. Aroma is grainy and sandy with some slight hops, somewhere. Taste has some citrus hop and a medium bitter finish. Slightly astringent.

Cask, Slug & Lettuce, Leicester. Hazy gold and orange with a thin white head. Aromas are oranges and lemons with wheat and yeast. Some caramel with traces of banana. Flavours are sweet oranges and wheat with lemon and biscuit. Spicy with spritzy yeast. Dry on the finish. Pretty decent.

Cask conditioned at The Lamb & Flag, Oxford. Gold with no head. Fruity, acidic tarty beer, heavy on the palate and just a bit of a struggle, some plum like notes. Not over enamoured with this.
