Bottle 330ml from King&Godfree. Pretty flavoursome for a pale lager. Aromas of honey, caramel, and smoke. Taste is sweet, with light bitterness, and average length. Palate is oily, and medium bodied. Yellow, with a frothy head.

Pale golden in colour with a samll quickly fading head. Nose shows bready malt, honey, cereal and faint floral hops. Similar flavours, lots of cardboard and cereal. Carbonation is pretty high, body feels a bit watery.

A few of their beers are actually good enough to consider drinking out of Athens, but this is not one of them. A pretty straight forward European lager, but one with some flavor, some body, some hops. Indeed, enough body to actually lace the glass. Sampled draft at the brew pubs in Athens.

Nightfall (1307) - Hamburg, GERMANY - JUL 4, 2005
UPDATED: SEP 3, 2008 One of the seven beers that Craft produces (Craft is a fine Brewery/restaurant, there are three in Athens). This is the worst one (but way above average in comparison to other greek lagers), a typical lager with a slight bitter aftertaste.

humlelala (948) - DENMARK - AUG 20, 2012
(50 cl bottle from Carrefour Chania; produced on June 15th 2012) Pours a clear, richly carbonated starw golden with little white head that dissipitates quickly and leaves no lace. Aroma is initially hoppy in an Urquell sort of way. It howecer quickly gives way to something that is a little bit more malty/bready with notes of grass and metal. Watery texture, light body and a lingering, dry finish. Taste is pilsner. Unremarkable and decently drinkable. Girlfriend says: "It’s quite watery."

Bottle. Clear golden pour with a creamy white head that lasts well. Light aroma has notes of sweet malt, honey, grass and a hint of citrus. Flavour is very similar, but with more herbal and hoppy citrus notes. Mouthfeel is fairly light and slick, with moderate carbonation and a mild, bitter finish. Not too bad as far as pale lagers go but doesn’t stand out in any way at all; drinkable and thats about it.

Bottle at Stalactites restaurant in Melbourne. Clear golden body with an average sized white head of good duration. Aroma and taste is sweet honey malts balanced by a light grassy and citrussy hop bitterness. Easy drinking with a light-medium body and slick mouthfeel. OK.

In bottiglia sotto il Partenone; non malaccio, ma troppo cerealicola per essere apprezzata. Unica artigianale greca trovata: stanno messi male
