Nice pilsner beer, great taste with that light bitterness. Probably my favorite out of the 6 beers that this microbrewery produces.
2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 Scopey (1659) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 1, 2011
Keg at Craft Brewery, Athens. It pours golden yellow, with a thick white head. The nose is straw, metal and manure. The taste is soap, dish water, lime pith, metal, grass, hay and light bitterness, with a dry finish. Thin body, high carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Ok, but quite sharp.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Oren. Clear golden with a bubbly white head. Decent grassy hops aroma. Flavor starts sweetish and finishes drier with mild bitterness and noble hops. Light-medium-bodied. Quite nice.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Davros (1022) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JUN 28, 2011
Pours pale gold with a large, sudsy head.
Nose shows grains, oats, and bready malt.
Similar flavours, a fair bit of grainy malt with some spicy nobles hops underneath.
Body feels somewhat watery.
Fits the german pilsner style pretty well really.
3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Beershine (4725) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - MAY 29, 2011
Draft @ brewpub. Bright gold with stable white head, looks great in the house glass. Clean grassy aroma smells immediately refreshing. Good body, with sturdy pale malts that do not add too much sweetness or detract from the excellent hoppy finish. Very Germanic in character, dry and crisp. Super refreshing and impressive.
