Sep 24, 2009 Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has a very nice smoke note from beech wood. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of smoke from beech wood, that also lends it a bit of acidity.

Apr 29, 2009 Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Clear amber, coarse head. Smokey beechwood aroma. Fairly sweet with clean rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with smokey sausage aroma and low bitterness. Pleasant, mid intesnity beechwood smoke, but a bit clean in the mouth.

Aug 30, 2009 33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is smoked and mild malty. Smoked and leathery flavoured. Mild burned plastic flavoured too. Dry and malty flavoured finish with a persisting smoked note.

Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to heavy smoked, smoked danish salami. Aug 31, 2009 Cloudy golden with a tiny off white head. Sweet grainy aroma with malty notes. Sweet flavour had loads of smoke, malt and caramelish notes. Finished smoked.
