COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pollinator is a dry hopped (cascades) spiced blackberry hydromel. Pistils of Pollinator are crafted in honor of the industrious honey bees. Responsible for over one-third of the world’s food supply they have worked thanklessly through the ages. Threatened today by Colony Collapse Disorder and other man-made threats, the weight of the world is getting a little heavier for the honey bee. 375ml bottle. This is my favorite from these guys surpsingly I think it is suprisingly dry and quite hoppy to go with the balckberry, super complex.

Pours a reddish brown. Aroma of berries, hops, very herbal. Taste is herbaceous, berries and honey. Feint, nothing sticks out.

Clear, bubbly,berry-red with a white ring. Very light berry (cherry) aroma....minimal notes of blackberry. Taste is sweet, again a sort of generic "berry"....like watered down cherry cough syrup...honey. Not bad, pretty strong flavours for being so light.

I'm getting an aroma of fresh cut flowers with a bit of soap, pours a blueberry color with taste of over ripe fruit and mild honey. It's decent but not a special as first thought ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Slight medicinal aroma, with a touch of herbal notes. Pours a clear light pink with some visible carbonation. Very slight carbonation, strong blackberry notes coming through, with a lingering honey sweet finish. Very easy drinking, light mead. A good mead to ease people into the beverage.

Bottle shared by DrSilverworm. Pours a clear reddish purple color with a few random bubbles. The aroma and flavor have honey, berries, floral notes (nose), grape skins on the flavor, herbal bitterness, sweet honey. This had just a bit more character than many meads.
