Sample at the tasting room. Pours a clear pale yellow color, with some legs on the glass. Aroma of honey and fruit. Full-bodied with flavors of herbs, honey and sweet fruit. The finish is floral and semi-dry with a sweet honey aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle at Fermentation. Clear straw color. Fresh flower aroma, hint of herbs and earth. Flavor is light dry honey and floral grassiness. Finishes bone dry and clean. Pretty good.

Some mild fruit flavor, had this at vintage estates, nice place. Water color. Yes, quite dry fer sure, especially when compared to the regular tupelo. Much stronger alky wise. Medicinal finish, In your face fer sure.

2/13/13. Sample from a distro. Clear pale golden pour. Light aroma with floral and earthy characteristics along with a bit of white wine aspects. Light, almost refreshing, flavor with floral aspects, honey, and a hint of citrus. Tasty, but it seemed almost a tad light/watery for me.

Very floral nose with an earthy herbal note. Pours clear with a hint of gold. Still. Great floral earthy honey flavor upfront with mild fruitiness and a great dry finish. Excellent! Definitely showcases the tupelo honey!
