Bottle from Fermentation. Golden color. Fragrant, floral and earthy and sweet aroma. Definitely thick and rich in flavor than the dry and still maintains fresh floral characteristics and sweet honey. Good stuff.

On tap at the vintage. Clear watery appearance. Palate is a little watery at first compared to most mead. Alky up front. Some mild fruit in the background but does not hide alky well.

petillant, sweet, standard strength mead. strong white grape and pear aroma with some gumminess and noticeable alcohol and a touch of something like chlorine. medium-full body, high sweetness, medium-low acid. juicy white grape, green apple and pear compliments the rich honey, but as a whole it’s a bit plain and full, and the higher alcohols (though faint) and chemical smells become a little too much.

Pours a light honey golden color. Aromas are of pure sweet honey. Flavor is very much Tupelo honey if that’s your sort of thing....it’s mine! Sweet yet lightly earthy. Nothing else mucking this one up. Just pure Tupelo honey goodness. Not overly sweet and on the thinner side. Overall pretty good.

2/13/13. Sample from a distro. Clear pale golden pour. The aroma reminded me a lot of sweet white wine at first whiff - like muscadine - and then shows a touch of honey as well. Sweet flavor with more sweet wine characteristics and plenty of honey character as well. Tasty.

Rich floral aromas with sweet gardenias Pours clear with a hint of gold. Richer flavor than the dry version. Very floral aromas Flavor is rich flowers sweet honey with a nice sweet earthy finish. Good
