Sampled 12/6/2008. This dunkel pours a medium to dark copper color from a brewer hand bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruit, caramel and sweet. A medium to light bodied dunkel. The malts are caramel, fruity and sweet. Hops are floral. A little bit thin in the mouth but the flavors are excellent. Good balance. Touch of spiciness. Mouthfeel is a touch thin. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

On tap at Lucky Baldwins. Cloudy brown with a tan head. Sweet citrus and bread aroma. Nice complex taste, initially sweet honey and citrus, followed by a deep roasty flavor, followed by an earthy finish. Quite good.
