4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Snifter at Tiger!Tiger! Hazy brown with a creamy one finger light beige head, lasting. Big lactic sour nose, light acetic notes. Plenty of old wood. Flavor a little softer with the sour, and only a little. The wood and leathery brett are fantastic. Never got plums, but yeah, this is tasty. The brett and wood just take off with their complexity. Sourness peaked at a 6, bitterness minimal, dry as a bone. Lovely leathery fruity brett in the aroma. Low carbonation, light body heavied by it. Very good. firstname.lastname@example.org dialed in the brett very well.
