On tap at Hog’s Apothecary. It pours a clear dark amber color with a white head. The aroma is fruity with red grape and nice herbal tea hoppiness. The flavor is the same with herbal tea, light caramel and fruity grape. Very well balanced and tasty.

Bacterial (1828) - Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA - JAN 8, 2015
Draft at Trattoria Neapolis. Dark amber pour with a slight off-white head. Very low hop character and no bitterness to speak of. Easy to drink, malty with just a hint of Euro earthy hops. Nice.

Draft at Lucky Baldwins on recommendation of the bartender. Pours clear and pale; head of moderate duration with minimal lacing. Aroma/taste: caramel, biscuit, toast, lemon zest. Malt driven, with medium sweetness and light bitterness. Medium- body.

Price: $4 (progressive Friday, normally $6) Purchased: Aug. 22, 2014 Consumed: Aug. 22, 2014 Misc.: N/A Poured a caramel, orange, hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head when I got it. Great layered foamy lacing on the sides of the glass. Above average retention on the top. (Sight - 4.00) Smelled caramel popcorn, butter, citrus notes, toffee, earthy rye hops, orange and mango. (Smell - 3.69) Tasted similar to the nose. Earthy, orange citrus, rye, caramel, honey, peach and mango (Taste - 3.70) Medium-to-light body. Thin texture. Average carbonation. Abrupt finish. (Feel - 3.75) Pretty decent EPA, especially for $4. (Overall - 3.75) 3.73 84 B

Tap at lucky Baldwin. Pours amberish with lots head and some lacing. Nose is fruity with some breakfast tea. Notes of tea, fruit, maybe light peaches. Taste light sweet and light bitter. Medium body with lively carbonation.
