Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Disappointingly watery Porter. Looks alright, but it’s just... ho hum.

A dark reddish brown beer with a weak off-white head. A weak, toasted malt nose with some fruitiness, slightly citrusy. The taste is light, fairly weak and watery, with the toasted malt, coffee-like flavour similar to the aroma, along with a bitter sweet fruit and caramel. Cask, Fox & Hounds, Heacham, Norfolk.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Out Of The Vaults Leicester. A black coloured beer with an off white head. The aroma is fruity with some light roast. The taste is dry and again there is some light roast. It’s Ok but hardly Earth shattering.
