COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bäekdusan Hefeweizen is a throwback to the Old Country. "Hefeweizen," which means "wheat beer," is, just as its name implies, brewed with wheat and flavored with citrus for a crisp, refreshing brew with a fruity finish that will keep you coming back for more. Like all of our brews, Bäekdusan is unfiltered, allowing its full flavor to come through.

Eh nothing really special here. Pretty standard Hefe across the board; nothing really stands out (good or bad qualities). Considering the severe lack of microbreweries in Korea, however, this beer will have to do.

On tap at Craftworks. They mislabelled the kegs of this beer & the pilsner at the brewery so I drank it thinking it was the pilsner! It was a decent weizen with spices, cloves and slightly sour notes.

Draught@ Craftworks Taphouse & Bistro. Very hazy dark blond coloured beer with almost no white head and no carbonation. Clear banana yeasty wheaty hinted aroma. Medium to full palate. Finish is sweet fruity with hints of banana and orange with a longer dry sweet wheaty finish. Medium weizen.
