COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A well-balanced West-coast-style pale ale. Hoppy and citrusy, with a rich amber color and a full-bodied flavor. Hints of butterscotch and toffee.

Pours a light orange color with a small white head that leaves some lacing. Aromas a bit on the light side but consisting of citrus, grass and a little bit of caramel maltiness. It tastes a bit stronger than it smells, which is a good thing, as the flavors are pretty good. Mouthfeel was too watery and finishes bitter. A decent beer.

On tap at Brew 3.14, Seoul. Cloudy golden colour. Fruity aroma. Quite bitter, fruit and toffee flavours. Slightly light body. Quite ok.

(Tap at Craftworks tap house, Itaewon)
Very dark dull straw colour (though itís a dark pub). Smells of sweetish grains, light and not quite mashy.
Ooh, thatís nice in the mouth, with the kind of hop feel one gets in an English real ale and a pleasant level of carbonation. Lovely bitterness. Finish has floral aspects and a bit of zing.
Not a fancy beer but very drinkable and fresh.
Unusually, Phil did not share this.

A pale golden ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, biscuit malt with light butterscotch, and smooth floral hops. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with light butterscotch, nice. On tap at brewery.

On tap at Craftworks. It pours a copper color with a thin head. It has a bitter pine aroma & flavor. It is a simple crisp everyday pale ale. Pretty good.

A decent pale ale, good by Korean standards. Weak on hops for the style. A session able brew. If you want a better Pale, walk around the corner to Magpie's ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught@ Craftworks Taphouse & Bistro. Hazy amber coloured beer with no carbonation and a small white head. Sweet yeasty fruity hinted aroma. Medium to full palate. Finish is bitter fruity with a sweet bitter fruity undertone. Tastes better than it smells.

Draft: Poured an amber to pale color with a off white head. Aroma is fresh with grain and nice citrus hops. Taste is soft toffee and nice hops to keep it balanced/smooth. Side note: I originally tried this beer at the pale ale competition and this was a lot stronger on the citrus, a bit hoppier, and had some soapiness to it. It was the winning entry of William (Bill) Miller. I really think this is drinkable, but lost some of its character from the small home brewer batch to mass production.
