A hazed copper amber ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, intense woody maple, wood extract, banana, light lactic points, interesting. In mouth, sweet maple treacle malt with orange peels, alcohol warmth, not bad. On tap at Knoxville Brewer’s Jam, Oct. 22 2011.

Deep amber pour with tan head and lace. Aroma of brown sugar and a hinto abv. Super sweet start, brown sugar/molasses with a honey mustiness. Sweet finish with a nice warmth. Medium bodied with good carbonation.
