Tap at Craggie tap room. Pours a hazy gold (like all the other beers I had actually) with a foamy lasting white head. Aroma is earthy, zesty citrus and German floral hops- grassy hints, green, and toast. Flavor is sharp with grassy green German hops, light floral hints, lots of big green minty and pine like herbal hops- smooth and fairly clean. Nice.

On tap at the brewery. Man, this is cloudy. It’s light in hue, but so ridiculously cloudy. It looks like a wit, really. A tall white head sits on the obviously unfiltered body. The aroma is certainly hoppy, but a little rough with some sourish stuff going on. It is evergreen-leaning in its bitterness. This tastes like a typical homebrew attempt at an American pale ale. The palate is very light, even for this style but is able to put plenty of hops in my mouth. Again, mostly Christmas tree flavor is here with some delicate citrus. There are virtually no malt qualities to speak of. This is pretty good for a light beer. But man, it is definitely light.
