Pours a hazy gold with a small white head.
Sweet Mango aroma.
The flavor starts bitter and finishes dry. I don’t perceive any strong flavors here that go "MANGO HERE!"

Draft at the tasting room. Dark golden color, white head. Citrus and mango aroma. The mango really comes through in the aroma. The flavor is bitter, citrus, caramel.

growler. pours a hazy orange under a big, whipped, white head. green hops, a pinch of white pepper, unripe apricots in the aroma. bready, biscuity malt flavor with a fruity mango, melons and floral finish. medium body and juicy texture from the growler. not overly bitter. makes for a nice, drinkable ipa.

Draft at brewery. Amber/gold with a tiny white head. Scent is sweet and fruity. Taste is the same with the mango up front.

on draft at winter warmer beer fest in asheville. poured a hazy yellow with white head. personally i thought there wasnt much going on. flavor of the citrus of the hops was good and the aroma matched that. but i was a bit disappointed on the mildness of the mango i was expecting more of a punch from it..still not a bad beer.

Draft. Pours golden amber with a white head. Sweet and fruity hoppy with some mango sweetness. Definite mango notes in the flavor, with fruity and floral hops, and a hint of citrus. Pretty good.

On draft at Craggie. Pours a hazy orange with a nice white head. Citrus aromas with a hint of mango in the nose. Mango is definitely there on the palate with other citrus flavors and a nice bitter finish. This is a good beer.

Lightly hazed orange/gold pour with off white head and lace. Huge mango/citrus aroma. Flat mango flavor with a nice citrus bitter. Full bodied with good carbonation.

Draft at the brewery. Medium amber with a creamy white head. Comes with the expected, yet quite subtle, tropical fruit aroma. The mango is a delicious and mellow addition to nice light IPA, the mango sweetness interlacing quite well. Probably my favorite beer during a 4 day visit to Asheville! (#4300, 10/5/2011)
