Agent Provocateur is a strongly hopped beer - a hybrid of an IPA and a Belgian golden ale. Bright, colourful notes of exotic fruits (pineapple, grapefruit and lime) and spices give way to a solid, long bitter finish. This beer is an excellent aperitif and goes perfectly with spicy food. Pours a clear blonde beer with medium saturation and a nice white head. Smells spicy and hoppy. Tastes bitter and a bit spicy. Leaves a nice hoppy bitter palate that lingers on. This is a good beer. I am glad I picked this up and i would recommend it.

Clear reddish golden colour with a small white head. Biscuits, hops and malt in the aroma. The flavour is fruity hops, mild bitterness, some yeast and malt. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle- Boxing Day 2013. Pale golden colour with thin head, no lacing. Aroma is spicy grapefruit. Taste is grapefruit and lime with a late satisfying bitterness. Fair bit of carbonation. Good stuff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy dull orange color with a nice off-white head. The smell is mild grapefruit, caramel malt. The taste is grapefruit, caramel, tart and dry fruity ending. It feels like it may be a bit old though the nest before date is a year away. Light plus body with soft carbonation.

Thanks to ThirstyBird. Nose is hoppy-malty. The beer starts quite malty, the hop-aroma comes there second, but not too intense. The bitterness is there before the hop-aroma, Slightly sweet. The aftertaste is long, a bit sweet, but the hop-aromatic is too low. Bitter aromatic finish! --> nice IPA, but could be much more hop-intense beside the nice bitterness!! --> 8/12/8/8

Enjoyed this at the Bière Academy in Paris, France. Nice amber color. Aroma has hints of citrus and hops with a subdued malt. Nice bitter finish with good mouth feel. An excellent effort from France and hope to be able to purchase in US someday.
