On tap at La Capsule Wonderful nose and body for this dunkel weissbier. A huge head with hints of passion fruits and chocolate in aftertaste. A great stuff!

Bottle. Poured hazy amber color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate hop, wheat and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Good drinkable beer.

Buona, decisamente.

375 ml bottle shared by Tmoney99 - thanks again, Tom! Wow, interesting to see how all over the map the ratings are, even from a single bottle. Pours a hazy, dull browned old gold color with a small off white head that settles into a ring and leaves spots of lace in the glass. Musty and dusty funk, wood, grass, celery, dried fruits, straw, and cheesecloth. Medium-bodied, with a funky, earthy, musty mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Not bad, but seemed old and weird (even though it wasn’t that old).

@ phaleslu’s cinci tasting. Thanks to tmoney99 for sharing. Small green bottle. Hazy darker amber orange color. Ring of off-white head, couple bits of lace. Kind of a toasty, papery aroma up front. Light to moderate bitter, very dry, too dry for me. Medium body. Kind of soft, lighter to moderate carbonation. Not a fan of this at all. Excessive dryness makes this very hard to drink. Pretty papery, bit astringent.
