COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Available June-July. "Summer Wheat, is our effort to keep the cask ale drinker from drinking lager. Brewed with 50% malted wheat, lager malt, meadowsweet and hops. It is a blonde, refreshing, light, dry herbal ale."

1. Cask Stillage at the Town Hall, Stockport 31/05/2001 Sweet and pale with a hoppy finish. 2. Cask Handpump at the Beer House, Manchester 14/08/2001 Golden coloured sweet and hoppy. Bitter fruity finish.

Sampled cask conditioned at the Stein Inn, Waternish, Isle of Skye. Pale golden. Herbal nose (I think of heather, but that’s probably only imagining). Light bodied, soft and dryish. Notes of vanilla. herbal, sweetish, and only lightly bitter finish.
