COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A West Coast style IPA, the Professor is golden and sports a large frothy white head. Hops leap out of the glass, citrus, apricot, and herbal notes define this brew. There is enough malty body to keep you coming back for more.

Pours the color of an orangutan. Cloudy with white fluffy head. Slight lacing. Aroma is fruity and citrus hops. Flavor is floral with citrus, some pine and light spiciness. Moderate bitterness. Decent malt to balance it out. I like it.

12 oz bottle shared with ebone1988. This one is from Dumpster Box No. 1. The pour is a darker orange gold color with a big frothy white head and a good bit of lace as it falls to a thick collared film. The aroma is something else. There is a fruity sweetness to it that I find strange. A light pine exists on the back end and there is some leafy greens there as well. It's different, but not that great. The flavor is metallurgical up front and it has a really strange sweetness. There is a ton of grain all throughout this one. It's metallic on the finish for sure. The mouth feel is awful. It's thin and light with minimal carbonation and a lingeringly metallic finish. It's quickly dissipating but just not good. Blah ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared with koleminer20, out of Dumpster Day box #1. Aroma is pine, slight tropical fruit, somehow bready, malt. Appearance is amber golden, n white head, but clear. Taste is bad. Malt, metallic, tons of bread, some pine, not real sweet. Mouthfeel is light carbonation, medium body, this is a mess, bready aftertaste. Overall, this is awful.

Bottle at Buddy’s Pizza. Hazy deep copper with large off white head that fades slowly and leaves some lace. Nose is citrus and tropical fruit with some floral notes. Medium- bitterness. Medium slick mouth with average carbonation. Decent.

Wonderful hop aroma, nice dark rust pour. Taste is a little bland after the nose is so inviting. Palate is medium bodied, good carbonation. Overall a decent ipa, not great, drinks more like a session ipa. Would like to try it on tap.

355ml bottle. Amber pour, Aroma is a mix of nuttiness and dank citrus, odd combo. Falvor is sweeter, apricot and peach flavor, herb, some spice. Okay.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours lightly hazy deep orange/copper color with a 2 finger fairly dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Dense foamy lacing clings around the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, apricot, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, pine, caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good complexity and balance of citrus/tropical/piney hops and moderate malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, apricot, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, pine, caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Good sized pine/citrus rind bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, apricot, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, pine, caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Good robustness, complexity, and balance of citrus/tropical/piney hops and moderate malt flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a smooth, resinous/sticky, and fairly crisp mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a good IPA. All around god robustness, complexity, and balance of citrus/tropical/piney hops and moderate malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink for the ABV. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Bottle. Fairly dark gold pour with a creamy off white head. Solid malt backbone with citrus hop bitterness in the taste and aroma. A good solid IPA.
