Bottle from Sourced Market St Pancras, golden clear with thin white head. It’s an ok golden bitter. Something a little funny in the flavour, not quite rubber, but erring on that side. Moderate hop moderate bitterness, not much of a finish, bit unexciting.

Cask conditioned at Crate Brewery, Hackney Wick, London. Cloudy gold with no head. Starts off fairly thin and it takes a little time for the beer to develop. An orange peel hoppiness does show through, fairly bitter and dry. A slow burner and not in the best of condition but reasonable enough.

Cask at CASK with Sarah. Pours a clear gold with a white head that starts at the edges and remains. Aroma has a good amount of grass with a backbone of bread and just a hint of leaves. Flavor has notes of grass and bread throughout and is very drinkable but a bit bland.

Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sugary sweet finish, more dough. It’s fine. Not complex or anything close to it, but enjoyable.
