rodbod (20) - SCOTLAND - MAR 18, 2014
Bottle from the Good Spirits Co, Glasgow. Amber, with some froth which doesn?t last. Mildly hoppy nose, yellow fruits, tropical and citrus, a touch of toffee/caramel.Refreshingly bitter on the palate, some fruitiness, very clean juicy finish. Not a huge West Coast IPA, but with a nod towards that style.A session IPA.

Bottle from Archer Beer Stop, Sheffield. Amber, with a bubbly, broken, white head. Fruit salad juiciness. Nicely balanced malt. A juicy, light bitterness on the palate. Soft carbonation. Really liked this. Surprised at the relatively low, previous ratings.

imdownthepub (10481) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - NOV 21, 2012
Cask conditioned at Crate Brewery, Hackney Wick, London. Hazy gold with slight head. Quite a reasonably bitter beer with a hoppy grapefruit and apricot type flavour. Nice depth and the basis of a really good beer, you would imagine that the Brewpub would keep it a little better though.

altonbrownd (3681) - Brussels, BELGIUM - FEB 5, 2013
Bottle from Sourced. Clear amber body with thin head. Nose is hoppy for sure with pine notes. Taste is alcy, hoppy, cactus. With nice citrus bursts in the hoppy and bitter finish. Well done, this one.

Cask (handpump) @ Earl of Essex, 25 Danbury st, London, Greater London, England N1 8LE.

Unclear - hazy medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, good balanced and refreshing. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120806]

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. 5.8%. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is floral hops. The flavour is medium bitter with a thin bodied, hoppy, weak liqourice, citrus fruit palate and a short bitter finish. Needs a little more on the hop front I feel, but a decent session beer.

On tap. Aroma and taste of toast, caramel, floral and citrusy hops. Not a very complex and bold beer, but well made. Easy to drink. I could session that.

Cask at Craft Beer Co - Clerkenwell on 19th October 2012. Copper-amber with off-white foam. Hoppy aroma with cheesy yeasts. Richly hoppy liquid with herby hoppiness, fine grapefruits and citric zest. Curious apple note late, but this did not kill the beer. Fruity, zesty finish and a zingy mouthfeel.
