3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Aroma: Medium malt, toffee. Low hops, earthy .
Appearance: Body: Light amber, clear. Head: Small, off-white. Good retention.
Flavour: Medium-high bitterness, Medium hops, earthy. Medium malty sweetness, bready. Dry, sharp finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium body. Low carbonation.
Overall: This is a bitter made with lager yeast, not a typical lager. Still a good beer, but missing the typical fruitiness that one would assume with a bitter.
330 ml bottle, poured. Thanks Andre!
