Cask: Literally black with a ruby sheen, firm and creamy tanned head; sweet fruity and toasty nose, dried black berries detectable; moderate sweet-bitter flavour with a pretty subdued acidity; slightly lingering sweet-bitter fruity and toasty finish. Good, but still a bit sweet...

Aroma - Rich dark malts, some soy, dark fruits, slight bovril
Taste as aroma, dark malts, soy, mellow roast, some dark fruits, hint of liquorice, no booze
Palate - soft carb, thin to medium body - bit thin for abv, smooth. Finish is smooth, oily, dark malts, quite rapid

Bottle @home. Black pour, thin tan head. Aroma of caramel, roasted malts, toffee, coffee and chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet, slightly spicy, a hint of bitterness and well drinkable. A bit out of balance and a bit thin, but with some nice flavors.
