Bottle: Thick cloudy milk, little sticky particles. Nose of light starch, coconut meat, lychee and alcohol. The flavor is bright, acidic and a bit of alcohol, more toward the sweet end. Thick mouthfeel but not uncomfortably so. The finish is chalky but has a light maple and koji sweetness in the tail. Maybe better unshaken?
