COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This delightfully floral American style Amber Ale displays a wonderful balance while still maintaining a profound hoppy goodness. We load this beer with a ridiculous and obscene amount of West Coast hops that are added late in the boil resulting in a hoppy beer without any bitterness.

Drank out of the can, so hard to judge the aroma and appearance well. For an amber drinker, this is very refreshing. Not the best I ever had, but easy to drink and would definitely get again.

Bottle; poured a dark caramel/copper with a khaki colored head. Aroma of caramels, sweet malt, toffee and veggies. Flavor was very similar to the aroma with maybe a touch more of earthiness. Nice sweetness and caramel notes.

Average amber. In fact, it was leaning into pale ale category if not for the color, which was a copper-amber with a good sized head. Mild hop aroma with some malts in the background. Average palate weight with good carbonation. The hops bitterness was up front with a lingering malty flavor that didn’t blend all that well. Not a bad beer just not very exciting.

Can, shared at brew club. Pours a minimal head over an amber (SRM12) body....nose is moderate caramel, cereal.....taste light toffee/caramel, hints of sweetness from the malts, hops add a light bitter finish, esters minimal.....mouth fee light of medium, carbonation adds light acid finish. This is a typical craft Amber. BJCP 7/3/13/4/6

Poured from a can into a pint glass to drink. The beer had a deep amber color with a touch of sediment and clouds, and had a very large foamy off white head that had great retention, and good cling and lacing. Its aroma had a strong floral blend along with some lighter notes of fruit and citrus and a bit of pine. The taste was fairly zesty and fruity with some spice and floral notes and lemon. It was a fairly lively and fizzy body with good carbonation, and was a bit dry and slightly thinner.

Location: Draft at Kelvin Arms, 9/17/13

Aroma: The nose is pretty light, caramel/crystal malts, some grassy and pine hops
Appearance: It pours a slightly cloudy amber color with an off-white head and medium lace
Flavor: Tastes much the same as the nose, on the thin side, it is a little sweet and a little bitter
Palate: The body is light and a little watery, feels a touch thin, drinks easily, plenty thirst quenching
Overall Impression: I have this one here due to it just being unexciting. There’s nothing really wrong here, but it just didn’t do too much for me. I honestly can’t see how you could really hate or love this one.
