This delightfully floral American style Amber Ale displays a wonderful balance while still maintaining a profound hoppy goodness. We load this beer with a ridiculous and obscene amount of West Coast hops that are added late in the boil resulting in a hoppy beer without any bitterness.

Poured from a can into a pint glass to drink. The beer had a deep amber color with a touch of sediment and clouds, and had a very large foamy off white head that had great retention, and good cling and lacing. Its aroma had a strong floral blend along with some lighter notes of fruit and citrus and a bit of pine. The taste was fairly zesty and fruity with some spice and floral notes and lemon. It was a fairly lively and fizzy body with good carbonation, and was a bit dry and slightly thinner.

Location: Draft at Kelvin Arms, 9/17/13

Aroma: The nose is pretty light, caramel/crystal malts, some grassy and pine hops
Appearance: It pours a slightly cloudy amber color with an off-white head and medium lace
Flavor: Tastes much the same as the nose, on the thin side, it is a little sweet and a little bitter
Palate: The body is light and a little watery, feels a touch thin, drinks easily, plenty thirst quenching
Overall Impression: I have this one here due to it just being unexciting. There’s nothing really wrong here, but it just didn’t do too much for me. I honestly can’t see how you could really hate or love this one.

Clean and sudsy light amber pour with a thin weak head. Nose shows a nice malt sweetness with notes of caramel and malt and a touch of earthy grain. Some leafy/herbal hop notes show as well. Nicely balanced. Flavor is a touch skunk/oxidized. I also get a touch of weird bitterness on the finish. Almost astringent. Kind of meh flavor, thins out and light bodied.

The look is clear, off white head, and amber in color. The smell is cardboard, rotting fruit, cleaning, veggies, and eh. The taste is ick, malt, paper, and garbage.

It is a smooth amber. The malts hit you first and the hops kick in just enough to let you know they are there. A nice amber color the scent was there but not overbearing
