COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Ale is our take on a classic Belgian Wit Beer. To make this beer unique, we add un-malted wheat, rolled oats, two varieties of classic European hops, chamomile, curacao orange peel, coriander, grains of paradise, and a rare yeast strain from the Old Country. This is a beer that can be enjoyed year round. Cheers!

Draft. Unclear dark yellow. Creamy white head. Wheat. Citrus. Spice stays in the background. A little tang. Lighter bodied. Creamy. A really nice wit. Not the boring or overly spiced stuff I see a lot. Unique. Iíd have another.

12 oz. can. Pour is hazy golden straw colored and has a thin loose film of bubbles. Nose is a combination of lilac and cinnamon. I canít recall what chamomile smells like, but this must be it. Very nice; spicy vanilla notes, pollen and flowery, but itís a bit much. The taste is the same, with some faint notes of toasted grain, honey and citrus zest hiding underneath. Late finish tastes of sweet vinegar solution and dill, like a sweet pickle. Light-medium body is smooth with a light-medium carbonation and has an interesting balance, more of a sweet/sour than any real bitterness. Not bad, but I couldnít drink two. Overall bonus point for the experimentation.

Can. A- Oranges, chamomile, cinnamon, bleach. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, minimal head. T- Oranges, coriander, chamomile, wheat. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, abrupt finish. O- Decent wit. I like the addition of the chamomile, but the coriander is seemingly muted. Mostly orange tasting with some various spices like cinnamon and nutmeg added in. Soft on the palate and easy to drink. Nothing about it stands out, but nothing about it is worth forgetting either.

Can split in the hotel lobby, RBWG í15, night 2 - 20/02/15 thanks to whomever shared this number. Hazed yellow with a moderately appointed off white covering. Nose is melon, tangerine, straw, floral, hop notes. Taste comprises light spice, citric peel, orange pith, straw, light perfume. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok wit.

Can from Middlebury. Pale orange cloudy with lasting white head and lace. Spicy herbal orangey coriander aroma. Very sweet orange with tangy wheat grassy mild coriander then ruined by grains of paradise and chamomile. The finish is just disgusting. I have yet to enjoy a beer with grains of paradise in it. Who thinks this tastes good? Anyhow...nice light body and soft mouthfeel. Unfortunately, gross.

Pours a cloudy golden amber. World class head volume, retention and normal lacing. Light nose of coriander, orange and chamomile over a weak biscuit. As it warms, it becomes much sweeter and has hints of clove. Light medium body with a texture that approaches creamy. Normal carbonation with a bit of effervescence in the middle and a nice burst in the finish. This is a uniquely flavored wit that is intense, slightly complex and somewhat balanced. It begins with a blend of flavors from the nose that separate very little. It has a general tart flavor that flows to clove and coriander in the middle. The middle has a very subtle bitterness that slowly becomes phenolic. The finish is a lingering phenolic that slowly becomes medicinal.

[Can] Golden pour with a slight amount of haze to it. Coriander and chamomile are evident in the otherwise light and floral aroma. Sweet grains, wheat malt, lemon and sweet orange, coriander and faint vanilla in the flavor. Spritzy carbonation. Decent body for the style. A pleasant surprise! Tasting notes from 9/2014.

Orange and coriander aroma. Hazy golden body with a thin head. Chamomile and orange tang taste Wet flat finish that has slight tartness. A little off the beaten path for the style.

On tap @ The Hop Grill. Hazy medium yellow, thin white head. Very tea-like aroma and character, the chamomile really dominates (I had no idea that this was brewed with chamomile, but thatís what I jotted down in my notes!). There is orange citrus here too, but the perfumey hay-like character of the chamomile seems a bit much. Just ok.

Pour is a cloudy yellow orange that brings a small head of foam. Some lacing. The smell is kind of weird. I do get some coriander with a hint of cloves, but it has a strange fruity aroma that I canít quite put my finger on. The taste also has the strange taste. .could be lime. It is somewhat distracting and overwhelms the "normal" flavours one expects from a Wit. Fairly light in body, lively carbonation. Thanks Jacob for the chance to try it!
