Orange and coriander aroma. Hazy golden body with a thin head. Chamomile and orange tang taste Wet flat finish that has slight tartness. A little off the beaten path for the style.

On tap @ The Hop Grill. Hazy medium yellow, thin white head. Very tea-like aroma and character, the chamomile really dominates (I had no idea that this was brewed with chamomile, but thatís what I jotted down in my notes!). There is orange citrus here too, but the perfumey hay-like character of the chamomile seems a bit much. Just ok.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pour is a cloudy yellow orange that brings a small head of foam. Some lacing.
The smell is kind of weird. I do get some coriander with a hint of cloves, but it has a strange fruity aroma that I canít quite put my finger on.
The taste also has the strange taste. .could be lime. It is somewhat distracting and overwhelms the "normal" flavours one expects from a Wit.
Fairly light in body, lively carbonation.
Thanks Jacob for the chance to try it!

355ml can. Golden color, large head. Smell is lemony, some chamomile. Flavor is lemony again, lemon curd, dry cracker, this is actually a pleasant surprise.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Weird taste of apples and lemon. Appearance looks very appealing but falls short with a wheat beer with some core and of spice taste

12 ounce can
A random can picked up on a whim provides a pleasant experience worthy of a lawnmower beer or the next camping trip. I doubt I will grab the other Crazy Mountain beers any time soon but this offered a nice chance to transition to the bigger winter beers.
Aroma / Appearance - A golden base with crisp snowy head shines with life. Lemon buttered scones, wheat, and light citrus give this a smooth low key profile. Honey wraps up the experience nicely.
Flavor / Palate - Spicy wheat, lemons, and honey brighten the palate. The result after a few sips is a mild impression that sticks in the throat like light fog. A crisp wheat falls squarely in the middle of the pack. If you find one on sale for $1.99 or less it might be worthy of a tick.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours an opaque yellow with a slight fruit aroma. Taste is hay, apricot and a bit earthy. Clean, crisp and refreshing with an easy finish. A nice light witbier with little complexity.

"Would be a pretty standard boring wit if not for the very nice addition of camomile. I admit Iím a sucker for this flowery goodness, so Iím probably scoring a bit high, but so be it :)"
