COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Ale is our take on a classic Belgian Wit Beer. To make this beer unique, we add un-malted wheat, rolled oats, two varieties of classic European hops, chamomile, curacao orange peel, coriander, grains of paradise, and a rare yeast strain from the Old Country. This is a beer that can be enjoyed year round. Cheers!

Unclear golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Citric, yeast and very flowery. Medium body and an average carbonation. Unusual herbal and rich flowery ale. Also fruity, citric and some yeast. Refreshing and ok ale.

Pour from a 120z can. Hazy lemon yellow brew wtih small white head. Aroma of bubble gum, all spice, glue, orange peel. Taste is tart up front, some light sweetness, complex spice and fruity esters, ends with sour tart fruity notes. There is a citrus tang and tartness but not a notable citrus taste. Interesting and somewhat different.

Can. Pours a pale straw yellow with a white top. Exiting aroma of tropical fruits, curacao peel and pungent wheat. Taste is fruity, with curacao notes and chamomile, light malty and quite dry. Fair enough. Light to medium light body and avg co2 levels.

355ml can, 4.9% abv, from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Hazy pale yellow body, fair white head, upper level lacing. Perfumed fruity hops on the nose added by coriander. Ripe citrus, grainy malts, sweet coriander and lactose creating a strange kind of perfumed flavour. Not suitable with the Greek Lamb Pie and really not for me at all (Tromsø 04.07.2015).

Can from Vinmonopolet, Kvadrat. Pours hazed straw colored with a smal white head. Aroma of spicy melon, floral hops and some weak lemon and orange. Taste is spicy, high carbonated with weak lemonade and perfumed hops, dry finish, strange one.

Draft. Unclear dark yellow. Creamy white head. Wheat. Citrus. Spice stays in the background. A little tang. Lighter bodied. Creamy. A really nice wit. Not the boring or overly spiced stuff I see a lot. Unique. I’d have another.

12 oz. can. Pour is hazy golden straw colored and has a thin loose film of bubbles. Nose is a combination of lilac and cinnamon. I can’t recall what chamomile smells like, but this must be it. Very nice; spicy vanilla notes, pollen and flowery, but it’s a bit much. The taste is the same, with some faint notes of toasted grain, honey and citrus zest hiding underneath. Late finish tastes of sweet vinegar solution and dill, like a sweet pickle. Light-medium body is smooth with a light-medium carbonation and has an interesting balance, more of a sweet/sour than any real bitterness. Not bad, but I couldn’t drink two. Overall bonus point for the experimentation.
