COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Ale is our take on a classic Belgian Wit Beer. To make this beer unique, we add un-malted wheat, rolled oats, two varieties of classic European hops, chamomile, curacao orange peel, coriander, grains of paradise, and a rare yeast strain from the Old Country. This is a beer that can be enjoyed year round. Cheers!

Tap @ brewery. Clear light gold, with a great aroma of orange peel, coriander, grains of paradise, with a slight floral character. Big note of orange citrus on start of flavor, turns wheaty and grainy in the middle. Ends with more citrus and flowers. Bright and flavorful, without blandness or too much funk.

Hazy gold with a thin white head. Creamy medium-full body with medium-high carbonation.

Aroma: lots of chamomile and raw wheat, with coriander and paradise seeds.

Taste: strong chamomile, tart wheat, some bitter orange in the center, and some faint grainy astringency and other odd notes from paradise seeds (i’m not very familiar with them) or phenolics. Tastey and interesting, could make cool food pairings.

Pours light gold with a small white head. Aroma is light wheat, grains, faint citrus, and maybe (just maybe) some light maple syrup. Taste is very malty - you can really taste the grains upfront and in the mid-palate. Those malt flavors finish with a short lived bitter bite - a pleasing bitter bite. For a wit beer, this one is pretty complex and one of the better ones I’ve had.

Can. Nice beer for the morning. A bit more flavorful than I was expecting. I like it better than most wits. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can poured a clear gold with a lingering ring of white bubbles. Aromas of wheat, coriander, chamomile and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, chamomile, coriander and a hint of citrus with a crisp lingering chamomile finish.

Sampled on tap at Crazy Mountain on 12/27/12. Pours a light yellow color with white head. Coriander, wheat, floral flavors. Very floral, makes for an interesting floral wit. Refreshing, a nice beer for after skiing.

Keyaki. Light blonde colour, small white head. Aroma is very herby. Jasmine tea. Taste is the same, very tea like. Bit too much herby maybe, but I quite like it

12 oz. can. Pours hazy yellow with no head. The aroma is lemon peels, coriander, hay, and pilsener hops. The flavor is citrus sweetness and a surprisingly forward funk. The palate is light to medium, acidic, and effervescent. Overall, this is a unique witbier, and more bitter than most examples. Drinkable and complex. Nice.

Can from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours light gold with a slight white head. Aroma is a bit floral, with suggestions of citrus. Med body. Flavor is citrus with pepper notes. Chamomile seems to be very present. Finishes not quite dry. Not the usual wit.
