COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We utilize two types of American hops in such a way that we put the flavor of these hops center stage and let their bitterness fade into the background. The hop-forward character of this Pale Ale shines through in the unique, tropical fruit flavor of two American hop varieties. Enjoy this offering with a fresh approach to how a Pale Ale expresses its inner hoppiness.

Can sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks troubles. Golden. Fruity aroma with carambola. Flavor has some fruity sweetness, a bit of malt and mild to moderate hoppy bitterness. Medium-bodied.

Fresh grapefruity aroma with some citrus notes. Really nice with a slight malty note. Flavor is just malty enough with a good hop kick to it. Not overly bitter with good aromas of american hops. Think Grapefruit, citrus, mango etc. The finish is slightly alcoholic though, even though it’s only 5,7%. They could’ve done a better job with fermenting it i guess.

Can. 5.7%. Best before 14.01.15. Pours a hazy/cloudy light amber with a yellowish head. Good lacing. Sweetish, fruity hop aroma, with an overripe fruit note thrown in as well, though diminishing a bit as it warms. Faint plastic note as it warms as well. Flavour is more overripe fruit, but more outspoken, and a bit unpleasant. Orange note in the background. Bitter, somewhat tart finish with a hint of yeast, and a lingering light alcohol burn. Overall basically okay, although a bit generic for the style, but the overripe fruit note is a drawback, especially in the flavour. 08.08.14.

12 ounce can into pint glass, no canning date. Pours lightly hazy golden orange color with a 1-2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, peach, melon, pineapple, floral, grass, caramel, honey, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice aromas with good complexity of citrus/tropical hops and balanced dark/bready malt sweetness; with good strength. Taste of tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, peach, melon, pineapple, floral, grass, light pine, caramel, honey, bread, and floral/toasted earthiness. Fair amount of floral/pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, peach, melon, pineapple, caramel, honey, and bread on the finish for a good bit. Nice robustness and complexity of citrus/tropical hops and balanced dark/bready malt sweetness; with a solid malt/bitterness balance and no cloying sweetness after the finish. Pretty malty for a pale ale, but it doesn’t get offensive. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth and moderately creamy/bready mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is well hidden with no warming present after the finish. Overall this is a nice pale ale. Good robustness and complexity of citrus/tropical hops and dark/bready malt sweetness; and very smooth to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Overall a bit lacking, too gently hopped and not compelling/complex enough palate.

0, 355 boks fra Systembolaget Lund, delt med medbrygger Ovesen: fint men kort skum, standard gylden farge. Førsteinntrykket av aroma er fersk broccoli. Deretter appelsin. Smaken er lett bitter men uten sjarme.

Golden. Quickly disappearing white head. Aroma of orange, broccoli and tropical fruits. Citrus juice, vegetables and unfinished mash in taste. Bitter aftertaste. Under par in the league of American Pale Ale.

12 oz. can. Pours a medium, well retained, tiny bubbled, off white head, with extensive lacing, over a clear light amber (SRM 8) body.....nose is light toffee/caramel, cereal malts, light herbs, slight fruit notes, balance to the hops, no esters.....taste is moderately sweet to start with toffee/caramel notes, light floral tones, finishing with a moderate slightly fruity lingering bitterness, balanced, no esters....mouth feel, light body, slight astringency, carbonation makes a finishing tingle and light acid. This is a pleasant, not particularly complex, nicely balanced beer. It needs more hop complexity in both aroma and flavor, as well as a slight increase in bitterness to really be an APA. Golden with a white head - Flowery hop aromas with some malt - Nice malt to support a nice hop profile with flowers - Ends with a nice hop finish that is dry - This was quite nice
