COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We utilize two types of American hops in such a way that we put the flavor of these hops center stage and let their bitterness fade into the background. The hop-forward character of this Pale Ale shines through in the unique, tropical fruit flavor of two American hop varieties. Enjoy this offering with a fresh approach to how a Pale Ale expresses its inner hoppiness.

Can. Poured a clear copper-orange color with a moderate, bubbly off-white head that faded to a bubbly layer and left some thick spots of lacing. Aroma of floral hops, along with some light pine and citrus fruit, and a strong caramel maltiness with a light mineral undertone. Smooth, lightly sweet entry with some soft pine and a light citrus bite transitions into a lightly dry, floral hoppiness paired with a faint toasted graininess that lingers into the lightly dry finish where it’s paired with some lightly sweet caramel. Low carbonation and light dryness contribute to the medium mouth feel. Overall, it’s decent, but doesn’t stand out in any area.

Appearance: hazy dark yellow, pretty much orange, has particles floating in it, absolutely no head what so ever Aroma: hops, grain, once it starts to warm up a really spicy putrid smell comes thru Taste: nice hoppy grass and bitterness as soon as it hits your mouth, the hops prevail all the way to the finish, hints of the malt are present too Palate: crisp on the tongue, leaves a bitter aftertaste Overall: this is a can I picked up in Denver and am drinking it in New Orleans, this beer has lost it’s carbonation some how, probably from the elevation change. Disappointing because it’s probably a good beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This is a pretty decent pale ale. It has some nice pine and floral notes in the nose but is a bit on the sweet side and a little bit flat for the style, which, combined w/ a low level of bitterness, makes it come off a bit watery. This is drinkable but unexceptional.

Pours a clear pale amber color with a medium thin and foamy white head that evaporates steadily. Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of grassy hops and malt. Light body with flavors of herbal hops, toasted malt and a touch of fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a short floral hops aftertaste. Average overall.

Can Pours a clear light amber color with a moderate off-white head. Nose is a little hoppy with some floral notes, but not all that strong. Taste is very slightly bitter up front, then fades into a slightly dirty and toasty background. Odd.

Odd, almost syrupy amber pour yields a small head even with vigorous pour. Smell is sugary, caramel, brown sugar. Flavor is again caramally, some metal, herbal hops, some citrus, lingering bitterness in the finish.
