We utilize two types of American hops in such a way that we put the flavor of these hops center stage and let their bitterness fade into the background. The hop-forward character of this Pale Ale shines through in the unique, tropical fruit flavor of two American hop varieties. Enjoy this offering with a fresh approach to how a Pale Ale expresses its inner hoppiness.

This is an extremely flavorful and drinkable beer. By far my favorite offering so far from Crazy Mountain. It is light on the hops and has a tinge of fruit on the palate. The aroma is a striking as the flavor.

Pour from a 12oz bottle. Light brown brew iwth very small tan head, low carbonation. Aroma of light toasted malt with a little wood, grass, citrus and spice. Very mellow aroma. Taste is lightly toasted malt, a bit sweet up fornt and in the middle, a little wood and grass, spice, and citrus emerge toward the end. Stays sweet through the swallow. Really more like an English Pale Ale than an APA, IMO, and not a bad one.

Decent color however the aroma and taste both seem sour to me. Leaves a little bit of a bitter aftertaste but very smooth going down ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
