One of the best offerings from Crazy Mountain. Coffee all the way, medium bodied and absolutely delicious. A likely staple for Crazy Mountain moving forward.

355ml can from Systembolaget. Black with a beige small size head, leaving good lacing. Aroma has a lot of coffee and freshly ground coffee beans, faint smoke notes. Medium carbonated, a bit fizzy and smooth mouthfeel. Taste is dominated by freshly brewed, but weak coffee, also toffee and light chocolate. Lacks depth.

Can from SB. Mudy dark brown/black, short tanned head. Nice rich roasty aroma with freshly brewed coffee, chocolate sauce and meat. Flavour is also heavy roasted and bitter with coffee, hints of grapefruit, pine needles and licorice/wormwood in the finish. Medium to light bodied, soft and fairly short carbonation, oily texture. Nice aroma, but it is a bit too aggressive and thin in flavour and mouthfeel for my liking. It actually feels more like an black IPA. Decent though.

355ml can poured into a Tulip glass. Appearance is brownish black with a small brown head, that left a little lacing on the glass. Aroma of coffee, chocolate and roasted malts. Flavours of coffee, chocolate, roasted malts and bread. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. Palate is medium bodied, smooth texture and average carbonation. Crazy Mountain Snowcat Coffee Stout is overall a good stout, the coffee did not however stand out as much as I had hoped.
