One of the best offerings from Crazy Mountain. Coffee all the way, medium bodied and absolutely delicious. A likely staple for Crazy Mountain moving forward.

(35 cl can from Systembolaget; BBD: October 31st 2017) Poured at fridge temperature into an Ølfabrikken snifter reveals a pitch black body with two fingers of tan head that fades somewhat leaving lace. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, grain and coffee grounds. Oily texture, soft carbonation, medium body and a lingering, roasted finish. Flavour is balanced and a bit thin.

"... help you through the winter ..." Well - I had this one in early August in a sundrenched corner of the garden. Scandinvaian chilly, but far from winter. Anyway - it was a very drinkable stout. Lots of coffee in the flavor, as promised, and smoky malty bitterness. Not my favourite but fairly good.

0.355l can. It’s definitely darker than cola brown on the pour this one and on top, at first a really lovely looking deep chocolate brown head that quickly fades in to a thin brown film that clings to the sides if the glass. Smells chocolaty, lots of cold coffee and it’s quite on the roasty side for sure. Brown burnt sugar and cold coffee. Nuts and hints of mocha. Like it. Like how it tastes also. It has a really present acidity. Coffee acidity or roasted malts acidity, not sure but it’s definitely there. As is thin chocolate, bitter cold coffee. It’s a little thin perhaps, not watery but not particularly full-bodied and soft of the prickling carbonation. All in all a nice coffee stout. 13.09.2015
